Pernod Ricard Can Hope for Smooth Change of Finance Chief

1343 GMT - Pernod Ricard can expect a seamless succession in the finance chief's office, analysts at Bernstein say. The French distiller behind Havana Club rum and Martell cognac said Wednesday that Helene de Tissot, head of finance since 2018, is set to leave for fashion giant Chanel at the start of next quarter. She will be replaced by long-serving executive Mauve Croizat, whose experience at the company "should have given her an in-depth perspective of its global operations," Bernstein says. "We expect a smooth transition from Helene to Mauve." Shares are down 2.1%. (joshua.kirby@wsj.com; @joshualeokirby)
