Church & Dwight (CHD) is capable of delivering another quarter of organic sales upside with the potential for positive estimate revisions, UBS Securities said in a Q2 preview.

The investment firm said in a Wednesday note that Church & Dwight has one of the more favorable fundamental setups this earnings season. It expects Q2 earnings per share of $0.91, above Visible Alpha consensus of $0.89 and the company's guidance of $0.88.

UBS said expectations have increased after the company's strong start to the year but believes much of the upside is already priced in and recommends waiting for a more attractive entry point.

Church & Dwight is expected to reiterate its fiscal 2026 outlook but said it would not be surprised if management guides toward the high end of its forecast given the favorable fundamentals.

UBS has a neutral rating and a $104 price target.

Shares of Church & Dwight were down 1.8% in Thursday trading.
