The board has decided on a cash dividend of $0.39 per share for Q2.
The board has decided to initiate a third tranche of the share buy-back program of up to $1.13 billion for 2026. The tranche will commence on July 23 and end no later than Oct. 26.
Shares of the company traded 3.8% higher in premarket activity.
