Alkane Resources Achieves Fiscal Year 2026 Production Guidance; Proposes Maiden Dividend

Alkane Resources (ASX:ALK) said it delivered on fiscal year 2026 guidance with production of 168,337 gold equivalent ounces at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of AU$2,925 per ounce, at the top half of its guidance, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

For the fiscal fourth quarter, the company reported production of 42,491 gold equivalent ounces at an AISC of AU$3,011 per ounce. Site operating cash flow for the quarter was AU$174 million, per the filing.

Alkane guided for fiscal year 2027 production of 163,000 to 177,000 ounces of gold equivalent at an AISC of AU$2,900 to AU$3,200 per ounce. Group exploration expenditure is expected to be between AU$55 million and AU$65 million, while growth capital is expected in a range of AU$160 million to AU$190 million.

The company proposed its first-ever dividend of AU$0.02 per share, fully franked.
