BlackRock (BLK) is among the major investors in Zhongji Innolight's potential $8 billion listing in Hong Kong, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.
The cornerstone investors, which also include Hillhouse Investment and Temasek Holdings, are expected to subscribe for almost half of the transaction, sources told Bloomberg. Aspex Management, JPMorgan Asset Management, Wellington Management and Yunfeng Capital are also looking to be major investors, the report added.
Innolight could begin taking investor orders Wednesday but talks are ongoing, and offering details could still change, sources told the news outlet.
BlackRock, Zhongji Innolight, Hillhouse Investment and Temasek Holdings did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
