MaxCyte Enters Technology License Partnership With Genentech

MaxCyte (MXCT) said Tuesday entered into a technology license partnership with Genentech to support cell therapy development programs.
The license gives Genentech access to MaxCyte's ExPERT GTx platform and additional technologies across select research, clinical development, and manufacturing workflows, the company said.
The license enables Genentech to support ex vivo applications for cell engineering, according to MaxCyte.
Financial details related to the partnership were not provided.
Shares of the company were up 1.7% in Tuesday premarket activity.
