The Board of Directors of Community West Bancshares ("Company") (NASDAQ: CWBC), the parent company of Community West Bank ("Bank"), reported today unaudited consolidated net income of $2,695,000, and diluted earnings per share of $0.10 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to a net income of $7,832,000 and $0.41 per diluted common share for the three months ended June 30, 2025. The Company declared a $0.12 per common share cash dividend, payable on August 21, 2026 to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2026.
