Suzhou SLAC Precision Equipment (SHE:300382) unit Suzhou Xianlai New Energy Vehicle Parts completed the acquisition of the 70% equity of Shandong ORG New Energy for 11.3 million yuan.
The target company, now renamed SLAC (Zaozhuang) New Energy Technology, has completed industrial and commercial registration in Xuecheng District in China's Shandong Province, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the high-end equipment producer closed 19% lower Friday.
