CAMC Engineering Signs $95 Million Deals for Nicaragua Bluefields Port Construction Project

China CAMC Engineering (SHE:002051) signed $94.9 million contracts for the Nicaragua Bluefields Port Construction Project, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The contract value for Lot 1 is $59.9 million. It involves the construction of a multifunctional port that can accommodate 50,000-ton vessels.
The contract for Lot 2 amounts to $35 million and it includes the 16-month construction of supporting port infrastructure, such as roads and bridges.
The deal was signed with Nicaragua's Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
