Advanced Biomed Shares Surge on Termination of Stock Purchase Agreement

Shares of Advanced Biomed surged after the company terminated a purchase agreement giving it the right to issue and sell up to $25 million worth of stock to Helena Global Investment Opportunities I.
The stock was up 43% to $7.17 in after-hours trading on Friday. Shares closed up 2.7% at $5.03, down 14% this year.
Advanced Biomed terminated the June 2025 agreement earlier this week, it said in a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It said it had paid all amounts owed to Helena at the time of the termination notice.
