Lum Chang Creations Set to Benefit from Transfer to Singapore Exchange's Mainboard

0317 GMT - Lum Chang Creations stands to benefit from its transfer to Singapore Exchange's Mainboard from the Catalist Board, UOB Kay Hian analysts say in a research report. The company has recently announced that it has fulfilled all conditions for this transfer, the analysts note. This transfer underscores management's confidence in the sustainability of the company's core business and its readiness to progress to next stage of growth. Also, the urban revitalization specialist's recent share-placement and bonus issue enhance its capital base, trading liquidity, and readiness for Mainboard listing. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to 0.510 Singapore dollars from S$0.390 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 2.6% lower at S$0.375. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
