Singapore's Energy Market Authority and Japan's Electricity and Gas Market Surveillance Commission signed a memorandum of cooperation to strengthen collaboration on energy market regulation, according to an EMA release on Monday.
The agreement aims to promote cooperation and information exchange on gas and electricity between the two states.
The agreement covers market surveillance approaches, regulation design and system stability measures.
