Nike's Chief Executive Officer Elliott Hill received total compensation of $36.3 million in fiscal 2026
The sportswear giant awarded its top executive a package that included a $1.5 million salary, $28.1 million in stock awards, $4 million in stock options, $2.2 million in annual incentive compensation and $516,000 in other compensation, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
That was up from $26 million in fiscal 2025, Hill's first full year as CEO.
Hill, a longtime Nike executive who returned to lead the company in 2024, received annual performance-based cash compensation equal to 74% of his target award for fiscal 2026, according to the filing.
Nike Chief Financial Officer Matthew Friend received total compensation of $15.2 million while Chief Operating Officer Venkatesh Alagirisamy received $11.5 million.
The CEO's other compensation mostly related to personal use of Nike's corporate aircraft, along with security services and company merchandise, according to the filing.
