Nippon Prologis REIT's Six-Month Net Income Falls 6.2%

Nippon Prologis REIT's (TYO:3283) net income for the six months ended May 31 fell 6.2% to 14.4 billion yen from 15.4 billion yen a year ago.
The Japanese real estate investment trust's net income per unit decreased to 1,715 yen from 1,830 yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Operating revenue fell 3.9% to 33.7 billion yen in the six months from 35.1 billion yen in the previous period.
The company declared a per-unit distribution, including surplus cash, of 1,928 yen, with payments scheduled to commence on Aug. 14.
