H2G Green's (SGX:5AI) subsidiary, Gashubunited Utility, said two non-binding memoranda of understanding (MoUs) have lapsed following their expiry, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The MoUs, signed with Primelectricity Holdings and MabuhayPower Holdings in July last year, expired on July 10 and July 11, respectively.
