SHS (SGX:566) appointed Tay Chun Yee as group chief financial officer, effective July 13, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.
Tay most recently served as general manager of group finance at GreenTec Energy. He previously held finance leadership roles at Hiin Asia Pacific, and former Singapore-listed NSL.
