0746 GMT - JustCo seems poised to benefit from increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions, DBS Group Research analysts say in a note. The flexible office market in Asia Pacific is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of around 14% over the next two years, but still offers room for growth compared with more developed markets such as Central London, they add. With a network of 50 centers across the region, its multiple brands enables it to cater to customers across different price points, while controlling shareholders GIC and Frasers Property underpins its operations' quality, they note. DBS starts its coverage of JustCo with a buy rating and 1.06 Singapore dollar target price. Shares rise 7.5% to S$0.645. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
