Amplitude Energy's Share Price Doesn't Reflect ECSP Growth

2322 GMT - Weak spot gas prices through 4Q appear to have impacted market sentiment toward Amplitude Energy, along with uncertainty over a new gas-reservation policy. But even if an A$8.50/GJ spot price persisted longer term, Amplitude's base business would still be worth A$2.08/share, says Euroz Hartleys. That's well above Amplitude's closing price of A$1.355 last week. Analyst Declan Bonnick says Amplitude's share price doesn't incorporate any boost from its fully funded East Coast Supply Project. Drilling is set to restart at the end of this month. Euroz Hartleys says ECSP accounts for some A$0.82/share of its new A$3.10/share price target. It retains a buy call on Amplitude.
