GF Securities' (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) second and third tranches of corporate bonds issued in 2022 will pay interest on Wednesday, according to a after-market filing on Monday with the Shenzhen bourse.
Tranche 2 is a 2-billion-yuan issuance with a five-year term and coupon of 3.24%, while tranche 3 has a size of 600 million yuan with a 10-year term and coupon of 3.7%.
Shares fell 2% in Hong Kong during morning trading on Tuesday.
