Dezing Format (SGX:UZF) established a new subsidiary in Vietnam, Dezign Format (VN), according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the design and build services company slumped over 10% in recent trade.
The new company will be engaged in design and fabrication services, as well as the provision of interior fit-out services.
