Shares of Inhibikase Therapeutics rose after the company said it sold 25 million of its common shares to RA Capital Management through its at-the-market sales program for gross proceeds of $50 million.

Shares were recently up 12% at $2.19 late Tuesday morning. The stock is up about 29% over the past three months.

Inhibikase said the additional capital, together with existing cash, is expected to support operations through the topline data readout in Part B of its global Phase 3 study in pulmonary arterial hypertension. That assumes the outstanding Series A and B warrants are fully exercised.
