Mercator Acquisition (MRCO) said Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 each.
Underwriters received a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 2.25 million units to cover overallotments, the company said.
The company will list its units on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "MRCOU" Thursday, and it plans to target business combinations within the technology and software sectors, Mercator Acquisition said.
