1031 GMT - PepsiCo CEO Ramon Laguarta says the company's year-to-date global organic volume growth has increased at the highest rate since 2022. He attributes growth in part to the strength of Pepsi's international business, which derives about 80% of its net revenue from developing and emerging markets. The snacks and soda maker is also benefiting from "the continued evolution of the portfolio to offer more choices through portion control varieties, diverse ingredients, functional benefits such as hydration, protein and fiber, energy and zero sugar beverage varieties," Laguarta says. Pepsi shares tick up 1% premarket after posting higher 2Q revenue. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
