Q32 Bio Shares Climb Ahead of Drug Trial Results for Alopecia Treatment

Q32 Bio's stock surged after the company disclosed plans to report on the results of a drug trial evaluating an immunotherapy's effects on alopecia areta on Monday.

Shares were up 38% to $15.47 in after-hours trading on Friday. Through the market's close the stock has risen more than three fold this year.

The clinical stage biotechnology will release the results 8:00 a.m. ET.

The trial evaluated how bempikibart affected patients with severe or very severe alopecia areta, an autoimmune disorder that causes hair loss.
