Australian Finance Group (ASX:AFG) said Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) ceased to be a substantial holder of the company's stock on Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Earlier in the week, Commonwealth Bank of Australia disclosed ownership of about 13.5 million ordinary shares of Australian Finance Group, representing a stake of just over 5%.
