Huadian Heavy Industries (SHA:601226) signed an engineering procurement construction contract with Huadian Baijiang for an 88-megawatt agrivoltaic photovoltaic project in Zhejiang, China.
The 218.6-million-yuan contract covers design, supply and installation of flexible supports, with a 365-day construction timeline, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Both parties are under common control of China Huadian Corp.
Shares of Huadian Heavy Industries closed 3% lower Tuesday.
