Hub International is looking to raise around $3 billion in its initial public offering as early as this year, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The insurance broker confidentially filed for the offering in late June and is working with Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) on the listing, according to the report.
The talks are ongoing, and details related to the IPO, including its size, could change, the people told Bloomberg.
Hub International did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
