Summerset Group's Occupation Rights Sales Rise in Q2

Summerset Group Holdings (ASX:SNZ, NZE:SUM) sold 448 occupation rights in the second quarter ended June 30, up from 402 occupation rights a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The total for the reported period comprised 221 new sales and 227 resales, per the filing.

The company's first-half sales rose 17% year over year to 813, with new sales up 12% and resales up 23%, the filing said.

The company has cut its New Zealand 2026 build target by 50 homes to 600 to 650 amid the Iran conflict and changing market conditions while maintaining its Australian forecast of 100 to 150 homes and overall group guidance of 700 to 800 homes, the filing added.
