Molecular Partners (MOLN) has made "significant progress" in 2026 with its DLL3 radiotherapy candidate MP0712, which has progressed through Phase 1 initiation and dosing of patients in the first cohort, the company said Monday.
The company expects the first clinical data on MP0712 in H2 2027, it said.
Dosing of patients is ongoing in the first cohort of a phase 1/2a study of MP0712 for patients with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine cancers, the company said.
South Africa's Nuclear Medicine Research Institute has submitted a request for an early-access clinical program using Molecular Partners's MP0714, the company said.
Molecular Partners also plans to advance MP0726 as a potential treatment for cancers such as ovarian cancer towards first-in-human imaging in H2 2026, the company said.
