a2 Milk (NZE:ATM, ASX:A2M) said UBS Group and its related bodies corporate raised their stake in the company to 6.51% on July 1 from 5.328% previously, according to filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses on Monday.
UBS now holds 47.2 million ordinary shares of the company.
a2 Milk's shares rose nearly 2% in recent trading on the New Zealand bourse on Monday.
