Capral (ASX:CAA) has temporarily paused its on-market buyback program due to the start of the company's black-out period ahead of its earnings release, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program is expected to resume after the release of half-year results on Aug. 24, per the filing.
The company's shares fell 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
