Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) extended the closing date of its off-market takeover offer for all ordinary shares in Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) to July 31 from June 16, in accordance with the Corporations Act, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.
The company said it has until July 24 to provide a status update on the remaining defeating conditions, adding that, to its knowledge, none of the conditions had been fulfilled as of Tuesday.
