SAP (SAP) is tightening hiring, travel, and other spending as it shifts more resources toward artificial intelligence, the company told MT Newswires Thursday.
Customer-facing activities and key AI initiatives will remain fully supported, SAP said.
The software maker will primarily hire for AI-related roles, while internal travel for non-AI events will be paused, and supplier spending will be subject to tighter controls, Bloomberg reported, citing an internal memo.
