China Suntien Green Energy Signs Hebei Coal-to-Gas Gas Supply Framework

China Suntien Green Energy (HKG:0956, SHA:600956) entered into a framework agreement with Hebei Gas for the sale and purchase of natural gas under Hebei Province's coal-to-gas conversion program, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under the agreement, the company's subsidiaries, HECIC New-energy Supply Chain Management and Hebei Natural Gas, will supply and purchase natural gas from and to Hebei Gas.
The agreement, which is subject to independent shareholders' approval, will remain effective through Dec. 31, 2028.
