Molecular Partners (MOLN) said Thursday it has administered the initial doses of its radiopharmaceutical candidate MP0712 to patients in a phase 1/2a clinical trial to treat small cell lung cancer.
The multi-center study in the US uses an imaging component to measure tumor uptake prior to giving participants up to four doses of the treatment, the company said.
Five domestic medical facilities are currently screening individuals for enrollment, with additional clinical locations planned to begin operations later this year, it said.
The company expects initial trial data over the coming months and aims to deliver comprehensive performance results in 2027, Molecular Partners said.
