Ouster's (OUST) Rev8 digital lidar sensors met the regulatory standards of the Build America, Buy America Act, making the product eligible for federally funded public works projects, the company said.

Shares jumped 14% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 5.7 million from a daily average of about 4.2 million.

Intrusion (INTZ) shares were 40% higher after the company completed its acquisition of cybersecurity service provider VigilAigent from Tego Cyber.

More than 101 million shares of Intrusion traded intraday, compared with its daily average of about 126,000.

Bernstein adjusted the price target for SanDisk (SNDK) shares to $3,000 from $1,700 while maintaining its outperform rating.

Shares of SanDisk were up 9% intraday, with trading volume at over 7.4 million versus a daily average of about 14 million.
