DXN (ASX:DXN) completed the sale of its TAS01 unit, which owns and operates its Hobart-based colocation data center in Tasmania, for a total consideration of up to AU$520,000, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The consideration includes an upfront payment of AU$400,000 and a AU$120,000 earn-out.

The company said the sale sharpens its strategic focus by consolidating resources around its core prefabricated modular operations, with the transaction completed on June 30, though the landlord's consent to the transfer remains outstanding, with both parties continuing to work to satisfy this remaining requirement.

The company's shares rose past 2% in recent Wednesday trade and earlier hit their highest since March 2021.
