Neutron said Tuesday it has priced its initial public offering of about 7 million shares at $25 per share.
The offering consist of about 6.7 million shares being offered by the company and 276,731 shares being offered by certain existing stockholders.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1 million additional shares.
The company's shares are expected to begin trading this Wednesday on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol, "LIME."
The IPO is set to close Thursday.
