BlackRock (BLK), KKR (KKR) and Macquarie Asset Management have met with Mexican government officials, as President Claudia Sheinbaum seeks to jump-start private investment in infrastructure projects, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The firms attended a workshop last month alongside representatives from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Mexico Infrastructure Partners and Alom infra, the people said.
BlackRock, KKR and Macquarie didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
