OceanScape International Explores Collaboration on Off-Grid Solar Plant in Malaysia

OceanScape International (SGX:V2Y), through its subsidiary, SeaScape Energy (Malaysia), signed a non-binding MoU with Maxi Mines to explore a potential collaboration to co-develop an off-grid solar photovoltaic plant in Kelantan, Malaysia.

Under the agreement, both parties will contribute towards project development, financing, ownership and operations, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Meanwhile, the MoU takes effect on the date of execution and will remain in force for a period of 12 months.
