Xiong'an New Area has secured state approval to launch a national-level intellectual property protection hub, according to a weekend news release.
The center, greenlit by the State Intellectual Property Office, promises a "one-stop" service for rapid patent reviews and rights protection. The move is expected to slash average patent approval times by 70%.
As preparations ramp up, officials say the center will anchor a comprehensive intellectual property system for the region. The initiative aims to drive industrial upgrades across southern Hebei and bolster Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development.
