Po Valley Energy Unit Files Environmental Impact Assessment to Drill Four Wells at Italy Concession, Shares Jump 8%

Po Valley Energy's (ASX:PVE) wholly-owned subsidiary, Po Valley Operations, filed an environmental impact assessment with Italy's Ministry of Environment and Energy Security to drill, develop, and commission four wells within the Selva Malvezzi production concession in the Po Valley Basin, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Po Valley Operations is the operator of the Selva Malvezzi production concession and owns a 63% working interest, with the remaining 37% held by the Prospex Energy Group.
The processing of the 3D geophysical campaign data, covering around 140 square kilometers, is nearing completion, the filing added.
Its shares rose 8% in recent trading on Monday.
