Metech International (SGX:V3M) signed two separate subscription agreements to raise over SG$4 million via the subscription of 100 million shares at SG$0.040 per share, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the investment holding company jumped about 9% in Monday trading.
Proceeds raised from the activity will be utilized for general working capital needs and to strengthen the company's financial position.
