Coles Group (ASX:COL) partnered with Ever.Ag to introduce data science and optimization modeling into Coles' fresh meat supply chain, the agri-food technology company said in a statement on Thursday.
Coles and Ever.Ag intend to move to value-based from volume-based optimization to simulate scenarios and market swings while making decisions that balance efficiency with environmental impact, per the statement.
