Winton Land (ASX:WTN, NZE:WIN) said that Chair and Chief Executive Chris Meehan has taken immediate leave from his CEO duties for health reasons, effective Wednesday, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company said the leave was disclosed as a board-led employment process involving Meehan was nearing completion, the filing added.
