IREIT Global's (SGX:8U7U) tenant at its Concor Park facility in Germany, AP Solutions, has decided to terminate its lease 17 months before expiration, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
AP Solutions, which is a subsidiary of Allianz, will make a termination payment of 2.87 million euros, which will cover the remaining contractual rent and service charges.
