Yongmao (SGX:BKX) is aiming to raise SG$4.08 million via the launch of Series 008 of a 91-day commercial paper in digital securities on the SDAX platform, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance will carry an interest rate of 3.55% per annum and will mature 91 days from the issuance date.
