Constellation Energy Extends Expiration Date for Exchange Offers to July 10

Constellation Energy (CEG) said Thursday it has extended the expiration date for its offers to exchange any of its outstanding unregistered notes to July 10 from June 24.

The company said that 99.89% of the $646.8 million 4.625% senior notes due 2029, 99.97% of the $847.7 million 5.000% senior notes due 2031, and 99.71% of the $795.2 million 3.750% notes due 2031 have already been tendered.
