Each unit consists of one class A ordinary share, one redeemable warrant and one right to receive one-fourth of a class A ordinary share.

Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional units to cover overallotments.

The units are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq this Thursday under the ticker symbol, "ALPXU." Upon separate trading, the class A ordinary shares, warrants and rights are expected to trade under the ticker symbols, "ALPX," "ALPXW," and "ALPXR," respectively.

The offering is expected to close Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.
