Li-S Energy (ASX:LIS) made its first commercial sale of its lithium metal foil, which was shipped to an Australian battery research institution, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company also achieved ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems certification for its lithium foil production line in Geelong, Victoria.
Li-S Energy's shares jumped nearly 9% in recent trading on Thursday.
